Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from our distribution center in Seattle, Washington.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may be processed the following business day.

Processing times may increase during collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Peristera offers free ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

After processing, shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Shipping Options – United States

We offer the following shipping options within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories):

Free US Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

Overnight Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped.

Orders shipped within the United States are typically delivered via USPS or UPS depending on destination and shipping method selected.


Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are charged a $10 shipping fee.

These shipments are automatically upgraded to air delivery service. Estimated time for shipping to these regions is 3-7 Business Days


International Shipping

Peristera ships internationally using air delivery services.

International shipping rates vary based on destination and package weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order leaves our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and coordinating delivery with the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.


Delivery Responsibility

After a shipment leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Peristera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, it may be returned to our facility. Customers will be responsible for any reshipment fees required to send the order again.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the recipient is responsible for arranging redelivery or pickup directly with the carrier.


Refused Shipments

If an order is refused upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipment fees.


International Customs Delays

Peristera is not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance procedures.

Packages held at international customs for 30 days or longer may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation.

Customers may also contact support@peristeraco.com to initiate a carrier claim.

Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
