Final Sale Policy

All products sold by Peristera are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all products available through our website.

Because sizing may vary between garments, customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before completing their purchase.


Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed using the cancellation option provided in the order confirmation.

After this 30-minute window, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged, as order processing may begin immediately.

The cancellation window is provided as a courtesy to correct order errors and does not constitute a return policy.

If you experience an issue with the cancellation function, please contact support@peristeraco.com with evidence of the issue so our team can review the matter.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@peristeraco.com within 3 business days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence clearly showing the problem

Our team will review the information provided and work to determine an appropriate resolution.

Peristera reserves the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient evidence or are reported outside the required timeframe.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute so we can help resolve the issue quickly.


Delivery Issues

Once a shipment leaves our distribution center and a tracking number has been issued, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring their shipment tracking
• Coordinating delivery with the carrier
• Ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct

Peristera is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery.

Delivery discrepancies must be reported to support@peristeraco.com within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date.

Claims reported beyond this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the package will be returned to our facility.

Customers will be responsible for any reshipment fees required to send the order again.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused at delivery, the package will be returned to our facility.

Any return shipping costs and original shipping fees may be deducted from any applicable resolution.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Peristera is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or government inspections.

International shipments held at customs for 30 days or longer will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, orders may be subject to verification procedures prior to shipment.

Peristera reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification from the customer
• Delay shipment while verification is completed
• Cancel and refund orders that cannot be verified
• Refuse transactions suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity
