When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST may begin processing the following business day.
Processing and shipping times may increase during collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
Once your order leaves our distribution center in Seattle, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed using the cancellation option available in your order confirmation.
After this 30-minute window, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or returned, as all items are final sale.
If you experience an issue with the cancellation function, please contact support@peristeraco.com and include evidence of the issue so our team can review and assist.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify:

When will my card be charged?
Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged immediately according to the total amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Why am I receiving a “Transaction Cannot Be Processed” error?
For the security of our customers, our checkout process includes fraud protection measures.
If you encounter a “Transaction Cannot Be Processed” message, please contact your bank or card provider to authorize the transaction before attempting to place your order again.
About Pre-Orders
Payment is processed upon order placement. Please note that pre-orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled, including adjustments to shipping details.
Why was my order canceled?
If we need to cancel your order due to lack of product availability, we will notify you by email and will refund the amount charged immediately. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free U.S. Ground Shipping is available for all domestic orders within the United States.
Orders ship from our distribution center in Seattle, Washington.
What about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur a $10 shipping fee and will automatically be upgraded to air delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international air shipping to many countries worldwide.
International shipping costs vary depending on destination and estimated package weight, and are calculated during checkout.
Are international duties and taxes included?
No. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & Delivery
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center.
What happens after my order leaves your warehouse?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.
This includes:
- Tracking the package
- Coordinating delivery with the carrier
- Arranging redelivery or pickup if necessary
What if my package cannot be delivered?
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the package will be returned to us.
Customers are responsible for any reshipment fees required to send the order again.
What if delivery attempts fail?
If delivery attempts fail after the shipment has left our facility, the recipient is responsible for managing the delivery directly with the shipping carrier.
What if my international package is refused?
If an international shipment is refused upon delivery, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Any return shipping costs may be deducted from the final resolution.
What happens if my package is held at customs?
International packages held at customs for 30 days or longer are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot locate it?
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered successfully delivered.
Peristera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:
• Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier directly for further delivery details
• Verify that the shipping address provided during checkout was correct
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact support@peristeraco.com so our team can assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.
Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
